Translations are needed so that users from other countries can understand what OpenID is.

OpenID is still something which needs explanation for "normal" users. IMHO many just skip something like OpenID, if they won't find an official explanation in their own language.
So I vote for German, because that's where I'm from ;) :P But of course every language should be available.
