Tap at the Windows Start button, right-click on Computer after which press Manage.
In the left pane, hit Services and Applications.
In the correct pane, double-click on Services.
Double-click on Intuit QuickBooks FCS.
On the General tab, make a selection the Startup kind drop-down arrow and select Manual.
Click on Apply.
Choose Start and hit OK.
Open QuickBooks Desktop.
Download the QuickBooks Desktop product updates.
